Inside Sales Position
Primary focus is on the identification and qualification of new opportunities across both the Bramasol install base and net new customers. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and helping to maintain a pipeline of opportunities through a combination of individual prospecting and qualification of leads from other sources: These include marketing, web, partner and AE. A successful representative will be capable of leveraging phone and email to generate leads. He or she will also work with Bramasol and SAP AE’s to help with enablement and call blitz activity. Responsible for managing leads generated by leads from telemarketing, Bramasol and SAP AE’s. This role requires the broadest breadth and depth of telemanagement sales skills, including sales and collaborating with the Virtual Account teams (VAT). The successful candidate in this role would have career advancement opportunities into a direct AE position.
Telemarketing & AE account list
- Maintain and develop ongoing contacts and relationships with existing customers , acting also as key point of contact for account
Telemarketing, Self & Telesales
- Develop, track, nurture and coordinate customer relationship , as appropriate
- High level follow-up with company contact to generate an opportunity
- This may be done through self initiated business development action or via “teleblitz’s using calling, email or other demand generation tools
- Leverage VE/SE/ISG tools to develop BANT plus qualified leads to pass to sales
Self & telemarketing
- Develop and executive self driven “call blitzes” based on territory analysis and list of accounts
- Lead acceptance and tracking in both net new and/or existing customer accounts.
- Managing pipeline and moving opportunities through initial steps in the sales process as appropriate
- Utilize process and tools to manage opportunities
- Provide accurate and timely updates to CRM of pipeline
- Collaborate with the Virtual Account Team (VAT) to determine & coordinate the appropriate resources to close the sale
- Understand key marketing and sales activities in assigned territories and be positioned to leverage them to find additional leads
- Nurture existing leads to develop them into opportunities
CRM – Must use CRM to track and manage leads
- All leads must be up to date in CRM
- Manage new leads through qualification process
Aligned with Account Executives throughout the West Region
Aligned with VP of Sales to drive opportunity goals linked to revenue targets

Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- 2 – 5 years telesales (inside sales) experience
- Relevant software application experience preferred
