			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h3>Inside Sales Position</h3>
<p>Primary focus is on the identification and qualification of new opportunities across both the Bramasol install base and net new customers.   The incumbent will be responsible for developing and helping to maintain a pipeline of opportunities through a combination of individual prospecting and qualification of leads from other sources:  These include marketing, web, partner and AE.  A successful representative will be capable of leveraging phone and email to generate leads.   He or she will also work with Bramasol and SAP AE’s to help with enablement and call blitz activity.  Responsible for managing leads generated by leads from telemarketing, Bramasol and SAP AE’s.  This role requires the broadest breadth and depth of telemanagement sales skills, including sales and collaborating with the Virtual Account teams (VAT).   The successful candidate in this role would have career advancement opportunities into a direct AE position.</p>
<h4>Telemarketing &amp; AE account list</h4>

<li>Maintain and develop ongoing contacts and relationships with existing customers , acting also as key point of contact for account</li>
</ul>
<h4>Telemarketing, Self &amp; Telesales</h4>
<ul>
<li>Develop, track, nurture and coordinate customer relationship , as appropriate</li>
<li>High level follow-up with company contact to generate an opportunity</li>
<li>This may be done through self initiated business development action or via “teleblitz’s using calling, email or other demand generation tools</li>
<li>Leverage VE/SE/ISG tools to develop BANT plus qualified leads to pass to sales</li>
</ul>
<h4>Self &amp; telemarketing</h4>
<ul>
<li>Develop and executive self driven “call blitzes” based on territory analysis and list of accounts</li>
<li>Lead acceptance and tracking in both net new and/or existing customer accounts.</li>
<li>Managing pipeline and moving opportunities through initial steps in the sales process as appropriate</li>
<li>Utilize process and tools to manage opportunities</li>
<li>Provide accurate and timely updates to CRM of pipeline</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Virtual Account Team (VAT) to determine &amp; coordinate the appropriate resources to close the sale</li>
<li>Understand key marketing and sales activities in assigned territories and be positioned to leverage them to find additional leads</li>
<li>Nurture existing leads to develop them into opportunities</li>
</ul>

<p>Mr. Mauel is the President and Chief Executive office of Bramasol responsible for all facets of company strategy and execution.  Prior experience includes being Chief Executive Officer of Allerez Corporation, a provider of real-time analytics software acquired by Mercury Interactive in July 2003.  Mauel has also held the following Sales leadership positions: Senior Vice President of worldwide sales at Brio Software, Vice President of CRM sales for Oracle Product Industries (OPI) and Senior Vice president of Sales and Marketing for Certive Corporation. Before these  Mauel was a partner at Grant Thornton responsible for the western region CRM practice, as well as the National Siebel practice and a senior manager at Ernst &amp; Young. Mauel holds an MBA in finance and strategy from the Mclaren School of Business at University of San Francisco and a BA (hons) from the University of Brighton, United Kingdom.</p>
<h5>Jonathan Bell &#8211; CFO</h5>
<p>Jonathan Bell is in his ninth year as CFO of Bramasol, Inc. Mr. Bell is responsible for all aspects of Bramasol’s accounting and finance.  Mr. Bell also manages Bramasol’s Contracts Administration, Sales Support Systems Administration and Human Resources as well as Benefits and Facilities Administration.  Prior to joining Bramasol, Mr. Bell was the President/CFO of an international weather services company where he planned and directed the Internet weather services including the provision of weather data to Yahoo and USA Today.  Mr. Bell has held CFO, VP Finance and Controller positions for a variety of importation, distribution and marketing firms, including an advertising firm where he developed promotional campaigns and sponsorship programs in professional motorsports. His degrees in Public Accounting and Commerce were awarded by McGill University in Montreal Canada.  Mr. Bell qualified as a Chartered Accountant (Canadian equivalent of CPA) in 1983.</p>
<h5>David Fellers &#8211; VP Services</h5>
<p>Mr. Fellers is the Vice President, Professional Services of Bramasol responsible for SAP Implementations, Enhancements and SAP Support.  Mr. Fellers has 19 years of Information Technology Services experience including 14 years helping large and small customers implement and use SAP.  Prior experience includes being Senior Manager for Deloitte Consulting, one the “Big 4” global consulting organizations.  Before that, Mr. Fellers worked for Price Waterhouse Consulting.  Mr. Fellers has worked with companies in over a dozen industries both in the US and internationally.  Mr. Fellers holds a degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Tech.</p>
